Uninsured services are health services provided by our clinic that are not covered by OHIP. Costs of these are to be fully covered by the patient. Costs for these commonly uninsured services are determined by the Ontario Medical Association (OMA). 

Services include but are not limited to:
School forms, Licensing Forms/Certificates, Work forms, Insurance Certificates, unremunerated Report Forms, Chart copies and other certificates and Doctors Notes.
